Yes, all utilities including electricity, water, coffee, heating, fast internet, cleaning services are included in the rent. This also includes access to shared spaces such as the kitchen and meeting rooms, as well as various networking events throughout the year. We stand for ‘knowing what you’re getting into’; no surprises. Nothing costs extra, except for additional workspaces and parking (optional).

Tours can be scheduled through our website. Tours are always personal and are (in most cases) conducted by our location manager.
